The quickest way to get assistance with your IRC questions while online is to join our #Help Channel
In the #Help channel we can give general assistance for most IRC clients, as well as any network
specific assistance in regards to using our servers and/or our services.
We can also assist with some basic hardware and or software issues if it is something
we are familiar with - all of our help staff have knowledge in different areas,
so don't be afraid to ask as we are sure someone should be able to help in some way or
point you to the right web guide or ebook to help you achieve what you need to.
The Network also has several other channels run by users who are very knowledgeable
with some Development types, and also some breeds of operating systems.
To see a list of current channels just type /list in your status window.
To join #Help or one of the other channels, just type /join #channelname ask your question, and wait patiently for your answer.
If one of the channel operators or users cannot give you an answer,
chances are he or she will be able to direct you to a website, or another channel where you can get more information.
